Investment Associate – Milan, Italy

A European alternative investment manager with c. €1bn AUM is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its investment team in Milan .

The role offers exposure to investments across private equity and real estate , working on transactions from origination through execution and portfolio management within a collaborative, international team.

Ideal profile:

~3–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and/or Real Estate investing
~ Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution skills
~ International experience is highly valued
~ Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
