As a Sales Support Specialist for Franchise accounts, you’ll support the Franchise Manager in driving commercial success across a network of franchise partners. You’ll help ensure brand consistency, optimize product assortments, and support sales growth through collaborative planning and execution.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Assist in managing relationships with franchise partners across designated regions (Italy, Iberia, Greece)
- Support seasonal planning,



product allocation, and order management
- Monitor franchise store performance and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure brand alignment
- Help execute training programs and operational standards for franchisees
- Track KPIs such as sell‑through, inventory turnover, and revenue targets
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support new store openings and expansion initiatives

Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Passion for fashion, retail, and brand development
- Fluent in English – Spanish is a plus.
