Group FP+A Controller Location: Trecate, Italy
Salary: €75,000–€85,000 + benefits
A leading international PE backed group is seeking a Group FP&A; Controller to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making across the group.
Lead the group's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
Prepare what-if analyses and financial simulations to support strategic initiatives.
Deliver insightful variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.
Produce high-quality management reporting for senior stakeholders.
Partner closely with functions including Sales, Operations and HR to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, planning systems and BI reporting tools.
Degree in Finance, Accounting,



Economics or a related discipline.
~10+ years' experience within FP&A;, Controlling or Corporate Finance.
~ Strong background in financial planning, forecasting and business performance analysis.
~ Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
~ Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.
~ Good understanding of IFRS and financial consolidation.
~ Fluent English.

Highly analytical with excellent financial modelling capabilities.
Able to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
