Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead the Italian market product strategy and support boutique teams in defining and animating assortments that reflect CHANEL's brand DNA. You'll pilot the fashion assortment, optimize collection performance, and collaborate with Creation to drive commercial impact in boutiques. Expect 25% field presence for boutique visits to identify opportunities and address merchandising challenges, working within the European governance and cross-functional teams to evolve ways of working. You will help shape the local execution of global strategy with a boutique-first mindset.Benefits

- Lead buying sessions and support showroom reviews to maximize sales
- Animate final buying reviews for the Italian market
- Analyze collection performance (sell-through, top/slow sellers, by boutique and segment) and monitor stock levels




- Identify optimization opportunities to balance supply and demand and monitor delivery status for launches
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Style Expertise on seasonal launches and window displays
- Share performance insights to define 360-degree action plans to maximize sell-through
- Commit to 25% of time on boutique visits to address merchandising challenges on the field
- Contribute to European Product Merchandising governance by sharing feedback and best practices

Responsibilities
- Confirmed experience in Product Merchandising, ideally in Fashion, 8–10 years minimum
- Strong fashion sense and product sensitivity with knowledge of Italian trends
- Analytical skills and ability to drive action plans based on commercial performance xrdztoy
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to support boutique teams
- Understanding of CHANEL culture and Creation-first model
- Service-oriented, open-mind
