Partner with product teams to guide R&D;, technology roadmaps, and next‐generation product development. Drive technical discussions with strategic European power partners, represent the company at industry events, and leverage emerging tech trends to maintain a competitive edge. Must‐Haves Experience : 10+ years specializing in Power Plant Controllers (PPC), Micro Grid Controllers (MGCC), and Energy Management Systems (EMS). Proven Track Record :



Led R&D; for products/solutions successfully deployed in multiple 100MW+ projects across Europe. Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of European new energy delivery processes, power plant safety standards, and project implementation challenges. Strong command of IEC 61131 standards and tools, specifically Structured Text (ST) and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming.
