ph3Regional Access Manager (RAM) /h3 pNeuraxpharm is looking for a Regional Access Manager based in Lombardia, Triveneto or Emilia Romagna, Italy. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe role reports to the Head of Market Access and is pivotal to ensure patient access to necessary medical therapies while building a positive reputation for the company within the payers community in the assigned territory. /p h3Major Accountabilities /h3 ul liDrive development of access strategy in the assigned territory, considering both national access policies and differentiated access environments at regional and local levels, to maximize business potential through market access. /li liBuild, maintain develop strong solid relationships with decision‑makers, regional local payors, pharmacists, KOLs, institutional political experts and all relevant stakeholders influencing long‑term success of the portfolio. /li liAccelerate time to market and time to access, supporting launch and entry of the portfolio into regional, local and hospital formularies, optimizing pricing and positioning versus competitors and increasing company reputation. /li liProvide economic and institutional insights and feedback to support the development of market‑access strategies, product launch plans and economic materials. /li liLead pharmacoeconomic and value‑based communication at local and regional level, collaborating with specialists key account managers regarding pharmacists interaction. /li liManage patient journey communication and product positioning at payer level. /li liCollaborate directly with local public authorities as per company guidelines. /li liAct as a valuable team player, partnering with field team members (MSLs representatives / KAMs) and central departments to share relevant information, dynamics, strategies, and solutions to reach company goals.
