International Group investing in the Design and Manufacture of Food-Refrigeration systems is recruiting a LABORATORY MANAGER - RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE **Location**: Mantova / Mantua Role With an international reporting line, the appointee will Plan and manage the work of the Laboratory team Define, plan and control laboratory equipment and procedures Supervise tests, analyze data, carry out reporting Handle multiple projects Coordinate contractors for Lab maintenance and improvement Work with Purchasing for the procurement of Lab equipment Plan and conduct external Lab tests with external parties as required Take part in regular updating meetings Liaise with colleagues abroad Take part in periodic training and meetings at international / European level University degree-holder in Energy or Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred Good spoken and written English as well as Italian 3+ years relevant experience relating to the testing or development of refrigeration, air-conditioning, HVAC or heat-exchange thermodynamic systems Experience in data-acquisition software such as LabView, TRNSYS, Matlab constitutes a plus Supervisory experience and leadership skills; able to delegate Practical hands-on approach; well-organized with good planning skills Skilled in reporting and project management Able to communicate with people of different nationalities, backgrounds and functions Able to react efficiently to changes and address issues Excellent Development Prospects in a new R&D; Centre in an Expanding International Group
