**Job Title**:
Supply Chain Manager
- **JOB PURPOSE**:overall purpose of the position Oversee the company’s supply chain and logistics strategies to maximize operations efficiency and productivity by managing the supply & demand planning process, procurement & production scheduling which is a critical part to achieve the company’s overall plans & objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
- **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:6-8 most important duties and responsibilities for the job
- Manage customer demand for the flow and assure customers' orders fulfilment
- Prepare production plans based on demand, optimizing efficiency and liaising with material management to guarantee that all required components are available to fulfil the plan
- Monitor plans changes and delays while reporting the impact to concerned departments and raising potential deviations to management for action
- Lead flow meetings, S&OPs; and weekly planning meetings
- Prepare periodic capacity reviews based on expected demand for discussion with management




- Prepare monthly performance reports and delivery performance reports for customers.
- Continuously improve planning function to ensure migration to higher level MRP usage higher level MRP usage

- **QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS** **Qualifications**:
University degree in any related area **Experience**:
5-10 years Planning, Supply Chain, Sales **Skills**: - _ERP Planning tools, excel advanced_
- Demonstrated focus on the customer and interpersonal relationships
- Team player able to effectively interact cross-functionally with a variety of individuals with different competencies and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while being able to work with a diverse team with varying skill level
- Languages: Italian and English (written and spoken)
