**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Armani Hotel standards.
- Meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure that mise en place levels are maintained accurately
- Responsible for delivering trolleys and trays to guests in their rooms according to standards
- Co-ordinate delivery food and beverage amenities to the guests’ rooms.
- Take guest food and beverages requirements promoting specials, recording preference and needs
- Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service
- Co-ordinate the service of food and beverages together with the F&B; Manager or F&B; Supervisor efficiently and accurately




- Respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of Manager/Supervisor, followed by effective communication.
- Prepare and present bills accurately
