A permanent opportunity to join Disney's Global Human Resources Operations (GHRO) Team - based in our Milan office, Italy. **This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week, with one working from home.** Our HR Associates focus on providing inquiry services support to all levels of Disney employees across the region for Global HR Operations work, processes, and policies. Responsibilities include responding to a large quantities of inquiries via case tool. The role may also conduct routine, standard transactions. **Full business fluency in written and spoken Italian and professional proficiency in English is essential** The primary duties of the role are: - Respond to a large volume of HR related inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge management tools to provide accurate information to employees across the region.
- Respond in, and utilize, case tool to document the details of employee inquiry information.
- Research and resolve issues according to defined scope and in alignment with local and regional legislation.
- Conduct routine transactions specific to role following the standard operating guidelines.
- Manage the recording of attendance data for our payroll vendor.
- Provide support with monthly benefits administration. **Customer Service**

- Previous work experience within a HR team/ customer service centre
