including gain control algorithms, Automatic Power Control (APC), Automatic Gain Control (AGC), power balancing, alarm monitoring, safety shutdowns, and protection switching mechanisms.Support the development and enhancement of ROADM and line system functionalities, involving spectrum allocation, path computation, flexgrid provisioning, and dynamic real-time network reconfiguration.Create and optimize software for optical pluggables focusing on CMIS/SFF interface support, DDM/DOM monitoring, module state management, firmware upgrade processes, and power class regulation.Contribute to optical topology modeling, including impairment-aware routing algorithms and advanced optical power management solutions to improve network performance and resilience.Apply in-depth understanding of coherent optical modulation techniques such as QPSK, DP-QPSK, BPSK, QAM variants, plus knowledge of baud rate, spectral ef
