- If you’re looking for change, and you’re ready to _make_ changeswe’re looking for you_. **In this **_IT SUPER USER _**role you will**: - Support the colleagues in the development of solutions and startups of new customers or improvements or change initiatives on existing processes;
- Manage JDA WMS and upcoming automation picking solution and primary interface with IT;
- Know operational processes and local environment;
- Monitor of IT systems to ensure continuous run of WH operations, in case of issues contacts appropriate resolver group or supplier within IT organization or operations;
- Be able to diagnose the problem and identify whether it can be solved at point of call or the incident needs to be escalated to an advanced or higher level of IT support according to agreed local processes and policies;
- Be the bridge between end users, ITS service desk and BU IT department;
- English - Intermediate Level (written and spoken)
