- Support in the implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and customer retention initiatives
- Management of effective communication with Customer Care Agents
- Management of relations with multiple agencies
- Analysis of data for reporting purposes
- Work closely with other departments to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
- Continuously evaluate Customer Care processes and propose enhancements
- Understand competition’s channel strategy **ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular of Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Positive and constructive attitude.
- Fast
