To Empower the **Building division - Technical due diligence**, We are looking for a **Consultant/Senior Consultant** for managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients.
The person will have responsibility on Technical Due Diligence, project monitoring, site inspection and CapEx estimation. **Key responsabilities**
- Meeting and advising clients, consultants and local authority officers
- Competent in cadastral aspects, zoning plan, building permit procedure, building conditions, etc
- Proactively manage multidisciplinary projects with colleague from other departments
- Management of the department workload and projects from inception to completion
- To deliver consistently high performance
- To contribute and support business development initiatives and tenders, targeting and winning new business, and agreeing the scope of instructions and fees as appropriate




- To ensure tight financial management by monitoring forecast and actual income and expenditure, debtors and recovery of disbursements at both departmental and client levels
- To represent the firm and the department across the region in a manner consistent with the firm’s ethos, promoting the firm and its various service lines
- To help promote and deliver the firm’s compliance procedures and standards
- Fluent in English both written and spoken **Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Proven record of delivering across a wide ranging work programme, to time and budget
- Commercially aware, interested in generating new business
- Financially and commercially astute with excellent planning, budgeting and operational reporting skills, but with the ability to vary approach dependent on circumstances
- Creative and lateral thinker, with the ability to problem solve and focus on solutions
- Presentable and approachable with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences **Technical experience**
- Master Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or Architecture
- CAD drawing desirable
- From 7 to 10 years in the Real Estate industry
- MRICS qualified is a plus 940666
