**Descrizione del lavoro**
VHIT’s Purchasing Department is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager.
- Develop partnerships with current automotive suppliers;
- Develop local suppliers according to the automotive standards and lean production principles;




- Ensure the suppliers quality standard;
- Improve preventive supplier quality assurance;
- Lead supplier audit;
- Take care of the development of product components for series production and new projects;
- Guarantee and develop internal quality standards;
- Manage internal and external claims and identify corrective actions with suppliers;
- Define containment actions in-house;
- Provide monthly supplier quality reporting. **Experience**: Has previous 3-5 years of experience in leadership positions within the Quality Department of complex manufacturing organizations. Exposure to an international environment, preferably in the automotive market or in die-casting or sintered parts sectors will be a plus.
