**Company Description**:
Within the Operations department, the Demand & Supply Planning team is responsible for creating the demand plan with 18 months horizon and transform it in a supply plan for production. The Demand & Supply Planning Intern will provide support in the demand and supply planning process for finished goods and promotional materials, improve the accuracy of the forecast plan, run analysis and improve Customer Service and Logistics specific processes.
The role resides in Demand & Supply Planning team, while partially supporting Customer Service & Logistics on specific activities and projects.



**ACTIVELY SUPPORT OUR DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING PROCESS** Being active part of the monthly demand and supply plan process (part of the S&OP; process). Run root cause analysis on forecast error to improve the accuracy of our demand plan. Run root cause analysis in logistics failures to improve our service to customers. Analyse and streamline specific Customer Service processes. Improve Operations reporting. **Qualifications**:
University Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Statistics
High level of analytical capability
Proficient in Italian and English
Advanced Excel skills
