Role Description The Impiegato at Adamo Sallustro is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational activities. The role includes managing correspondence, organizing digital records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with data entry and documentation. The Impiegato coordinates with internal teams and external contacts, schedules and tracks tasks, and helps ensure that deadlines and service standards are met. The position also involves using office software tools, following established procedures, and maintaining accurate, confidential information.
Qualifications
Ability to manage administrative tasks, including correspondence handling, document organization, and basic reporting.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and video conferencing tools).




Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines independently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach to working with colleagues and external contacts.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
Comfort working remotely, including reliable internet connectivity and a suitable workspace.
Ability to learn new procedures and systems quickly, and adapt to changing business needs.
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
