Meaningful Work From Day OneThis is an exciting role within the Brown-Forman Italy Sales Operations team, responsible for support and coordination of internal processes & systems which are essential for effective customer management, sales efficiency and productivity.The role includes customer and product data analysis and processing, administration for the Sales division and building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the development of business plans and strategy.What You Can ExpectSales Analysis, Planning and ForecastingResponsible for processing sales data and reports relating to forecasts, plans, and budget processes used within the sales organization.Prepare analysis and recommendations for colleagues with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders. Using internal & external sources of data (training provided).Proactively monitors/controls and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy,



and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.Assisting with planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the B‐F Italy Sales & Business Planning process.Manage a combination of existing sales/promotional dashboards and facilitate requests for customer information.Assign and maintain SKU allocation across customers where there are new or planned listings (KAMs/ Salesforce, etc.).Commercial budget monitoringPartner and work closely with Finance and Pricing to monitor spend/discounting across our brands and customersUpload customers rebate and promotion invoices to the Salesforce platform and ad-hoc administrative tasks within our systemsData MaintenanceBe the Salesforce & KAMs "power-user" for the business, working with regional IT on improvements & enhancements.Ensures customer and sales data being complete, updated and accurateSystems' developmentContribute to optimise the efficiency and optimisation of the processes and development of the sales systemsWhat You Bring to t
