- Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Partner with department leads and HR to understand hiring needs and job requirements for various roles.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in collaboration with the HR team.
- Support onboarding efforts, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the team. **Minimum Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the creative, VFX, or technology sectors.
- Organized, detail-oriented,



and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience recruiting in the VFX or creative industries.
- Familiarity with VFX production roles and DCC software such as Maya, Houdini, and Nuke.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
