Based in Seoul, Korea, you will report to our Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition in Finland.This role offers a great growth opportunity, allowing you to be a central recruitment partner for our stakeholders in APAC and collaborate closely with our Global Talent Acquisition team. **What's in it for you?**

- Oversee job board management for publishing and renewing job advertisements
- Assist in managing the recruitment process, continuously improving methods, and exploring new channels.
- Ensure smooth information flow with local HR and team members.
- Foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including headhunters and universities.
- Provide insights on strategic sourcing and recruiting tactics. **About you**: - 1-2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and a data-informed approach to recruitment.
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Experience in IT/Technology industry is a plus
