We seek an enthusiastic, friendly, well-presented individual with client-facing experience, bringing a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the role. Our location: Korcula island, CROATIA Duties and Responsibilities: - Interacting with high-profile clientele during check-in/out and related tasks
- Managing daily administrative duties
- Handling reservations and reservation queries
- Addressing all guest requests promptly
- Actively listening to and resolving complaints
- Providing accurate information about local attractions and services, organizing tours
- Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and using opportunities to enhance their stay
- Upselling our hotel services
- Coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are ready for guests **Requirements**: - Well-presented with excellent communication skills,



including exceptional spoken and written English. Knowledge of Croatian and additional languages is a plus.
- Work experience in the hospitality industry
- Working knowledge of a hotel Property Management System (PMS)
- Passionate about exceeding guest expectations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced working environment
