Agripiù, business unit of Lavoropiù, is looking for an **Agronomic Technician**in charge of the** i**mplementation of breeding (and development of variety trials), and the development of relationships within the vegetable industry,**for a multinational seed company. **Responsibilities**: - Implement the breeding and develop trials
- Coordination of field activities, and recruits human resources of temporary workers or Interns
- Drafting productions reports
- Contract management and scouting for new plots of land
- Implement showcases and help undertake demonstrations and presentations of the products **Regions of interest**: Emilia-Romagna, Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto **Requirements**: - Degree in Agriculture
- Excellent proficiency in English for communication with the headquarters
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake daily travel within Italy and occasional international trips
- Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset suitable for R&;D activities
