One of the most important and prestigious Wine Estates of the Chianti Region is hiring his/her **Wine Sales Director** **Responsibilities**
- Design and manage new sales strategies to achieve rapid sales growth
- Develop creative sales approaches to meet evolving market demands
- Manage the network of importers and distributors - Build strong distributor relationships and explore new opportunities; revamp distributor partnerships and explore alternative distribution strategies
- Ensure that the stated goals, for both domestic and international markets are achieved
- Provide detailed performance reports to the Board
- Inspire and motivate the Sales Team **Requirements**: - Proven track record in sales in the wine industry - 5+ years experience
- Proficiency in English and Italian. Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing people




- Experience in reporting and analytics
- A very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP systems
- Positivity, strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, good organization, problem solving attitude are key factors.
