We’ve got some thrilling projects lined up, and we’re currently focused on the construction of **four biometano plants** in Italy, between Verona and Mantova (they are close to each other and they are two 300mc and two 500mc, with 10 million budget per work approximately. These plants will play a crucial role in transforming organic waste into clean energy, and we need your expertise to help us make it happen! **What You’ll Do**:
As our Site Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing the successful construction of our biometano plants. Under the control of the Project Manager, your role will involve: - Follow-up, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects
- Review all subcontracted deliverables, arrange any internal review processes, and establish the necessary corrective actions if any
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
- Cooperate and communicate with all the Technology & Engineering & Construction team other project engineers and collaborating to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability
- Ensure the established frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection are followed
- Ensure the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications (local and EU. **Who You Are**:

Experience**: At least **2 years** of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the biometano experience!. You know your stuff and have the skills to back it up!
