- The Customer Marketing Manager that riports directly to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, delivers brand and product value to target customers locally to assure offering availability and generate insight about customer desires and behaviour. Moreover,



he/she selects and implements the most suitable marketing mix at local markets to drive new business growth through effective customer segmentation and lead generation and to actively contribuite to company goals, assuring consistency with brand and company positioning.
- KEY REPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies B2B industry trends in local Biesse markets through market research and industry reports to understand buyer needs.
- Leads the deployment of Customer Experience, tailoring content to local cultures for effective implementation of the Biesse Material Journey.
- Executes local marketing activities, coordinating with sales and technical teams to design campaigns that follow Biesse brand guidelines, boosting awareness and consideration.
- Analyzes marketing performance and communicates findings to stakeholders through comprehensive reports aimed at enhancing marketing effectiveness.
- Supports both annual and long-term marketing plans, fostering collaboration between countries and HQ to strengthen global brand equity.
