We are currently looking for people for the position of **Team Leader at Milán.** Your scope of work: - Working side by side with the team of sales assistants in key areas: delivery, sales room, fitting room, cash desk.
- Organizing and coordinating the work of the sales team in accordance with priorities.
- Delegating tasks and providing ongoing feedback to the sales team.
- Running shifts and daily meetings with the team of sales assistants.
- Supporting and motivating the sales team.
- Onboarding of the new employees. Our expectations:



- Experience in a similar position (Senior Salesman, Shift Leader, Team Leader).
- Ability to assess the current situation in the store and a proactive attitude.
- Openness to cooperation, giving and openess to receiving feedback.
- Ability to motivate the team in everyday tasks.
- Willingness to learn, openness to development.
