**Job description and responsibilities**: - Coordination and control of productivity and process quality
- Monitoring results, creating reports and reporting to Superiors and the HA group
- Planning and setting up the production process
- Strong focus on inventory level and optimizing stock value
- Responsibility for materials purchase in cooperation with the Technical office and Sales office
- Planning required quantities of final products according to the orders and coordination of the shipments with the Warehouse and Logistic to meet the monthly targets
- Coordination of trainings and qualification plans for personnel in all fields
- Internal and external quality control, ensuring the quality of the finished product
- Planning and coordination of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings and vehicles
- Support and coordination of design and development activities with the Product Manager
- Works on all other tasks and projects which are necessary and requested by the Superior ( General Manager) **Required Education, Knowledge and Skills**: - University degree (technical degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar management positions
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
