Duties/Responsibilities: - Performs major, minor, emergency, and routine repairs, maintenance, installation, and alterations on plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, and associated equipment. Piping systems include, but are not limited to, all those designed to conduct the flow of hot and cold water, sewage and industrial waste, air fuels (gas and liquefied), and other non-toxic and toxic materials required for facility operation.
- Plumbing fixtures include, but are not limited to, kitchen equipment, hot water heaters (gas and electric), boilers (gas and electric), manual and automatic valves. Assists in maintaining parts systems, maintenance schedules, assess equipment life and project replacement schedules. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: - Familiar with specialized plumbing tools and equipment (e.g.,



gas leak safety equipment, water main tapping equipment, etc.). Education and Experience: - Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in plumbing systems installation, rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair.
