**Description** **The opportunity** For our Business Unit **Grid Integration** we are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with an **electrical background**. **How you'll make an impact**
- Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program.
- Plan the activities in order to effectively use resources to meet construction program.
- Review specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
- Coordination for carrying out routine tests with external vendors
- Monitor materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate materials is available to meet the construction program timing.



**Your background**
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma;
- 2-3 years of experience on site, preferably in **High Voltage projects**;
- Good knowledge of **Italian and English** language;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
