The role is responsible for managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactivity and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and the rest of the business. This role has responsibility for both the Landor and CBA offices in Milan, Italy, along with any future Landor Group offices which may open in the country. This role is supported by the WPP SSC (Shared Service Centre) infrastructure which provides transactional and statutory reporting services. **What you’ll do** As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: - Managing the monthly close and reporting process.
- Overseeing billing and revenue accruals.
- Ensuring SOX compliance.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Analyzing client profitability.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Leading and developing the finance team.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business and WPP. **What you’ll need** — Demonstrates passion and drive — Strong communication skills (written and oral)
