Main activities
- Coordination of a team of 5 professionals, in Italy, France and Spain - Coordination of 3rd parties / external providers;
- Oversee **accounting and compliance** across 7 countries (**France, Italy, Spain**, Germany, USA, Australia, New Zealand), ensuring full compliance with local tax and statutory requirements;
- Take ownership of **general ledger integrity** across all group entities, ensuring timely and accurate reviews;
- Supervise **accounting and compliance operations** directly in France, Italy, USA, and Germany, and progressively extend support to Spain, Australia, and New Zealand;
- Coordinate the **monthly close process**, including submissions to the Group reporting tool and consolidated financial reporting;
- Lead **IFRS reporting** and manage adjustments to comply with local GAAP standards.
- Manage **standard costing** and **transfer pricing**, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making;
- Drive **internal and external audit** processes, with a focus on timely resolution of audit issues;
- Act as a key governance partner, responsible for **data protection (DPC)**, **anti-bribery compliance (ABC)**, legal documentation, and **policy harmonization** across the group. **Requirements**:

- Skilled in managing operations across multiple countries simultaneously;
- Experience of operating in a strong control environment and of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Expertise on Italian GAAP and ways of working;
- Synthetic and straight-to-the-point communication style;
- Leadership and ability to provide guidance to an international team;

- Experience in ERP Implementation situation (the role will not be Key User but will be laterally involved in this project);
