The Research & Development (R&D;) department is the heart of our business and is dedicated to the research and development of new vaccines to protect against diseases for which a vaccine is not yet available and to improve existing ones. Within the Vaccines (Vx) Clinical Sciences Team, we conduct clinical development activities (from Phase I to Phase IV) for various programs, ensuring the release of high-quality scientific data. **What will you do?** The intern will join the Vaccines Clinical Sciences group and will work under the guidance of their tutor.
- Complete the necessary training to operate within the Vaccines Clinical Sciences department.
- Assist in the management of scientific meetings and events.
- Contribute to various initiatives to improve our procedures.
- Assist in the management of existing departmental procedures.
- Participate, at the request of the Manager/Tutor, in support activities for the Vx Clinical Sciences Team.
- Observe the development and review process of a clinical study protocol and/or clinical development plan.
**Skills and Abilities You Will Develop**: - Expand your scientific knowledge in the field of clinical vaccine development.
- Learn about the procedural structure behind each clinical study.
- Develop skills related to identifying, analyzing, and solving risks and problems, and have the opportunity to put them into practice with experienced colleagues.
