**Airports Services & Customer Experience Specialist | Roma Fiumicino Airport (FCO)** WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports Manager and you will take care of the following activities: - **WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT**:
when irregular operations occur at the airports and passengers and crews need our support and services.
- **PASSENGERS AND CREW CARE** using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems. **Other activities**: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks. WORKING HOURS The job is organized in three shifts per day, all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines/ground handlers that may require our help at any time.
