**Description** **The Opportunity** **How you will make an impact**
- ** Global Pension Reporting** with ownership of end-to-end oversight, control, advice, and active management alongside our Global Pension Reporting Lead
- ** Act as central liaison** between global/local actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B;, asset managers, and external auditors to drive seamless reporting cycles
- ** Manage quarterly and year-end Pension Reporting**, including data validation, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies
- ** Support audit coordination**, prepare documentation, and respond to auditor queries in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- ** Identify and implement process improvements** to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual effort
- ** Lead and contribute to pensions & benefits projects** across local, regional, and global levels, driving innovation and continuous improvement
- ** Strategically managing pension programs**, ensuring legal compliance, cost control, vendor quality, and competitive positioning
- ** Provide expert guidance and training** to HR, Finance, and C&B; teams, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence **Your Background**
- 5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits and decent knowledge pension reporting and analytics
- Strong ability to effectively operate in a matrix organization and expertise in communicating across business units,

- Profound Project Management experience - leading and coordinating stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
