- Here, your ideas open doors_. _Your talent opens opportunities_ a_nd, together, we open worlds_ **Your Role** FAAC Technologies is currently looking for a** Lean & Project Management Specialist** for its headquarters in **Zola Predosa, Bologna**. **Key Responsibilities**
- Identify areas for improvement in supplier internal processes through data and performance analysis.
- Management and lead of key strategical projects in Operations, Logistics, Digital and Manufacturing areas.
- Design and manage improvement projects with suppliers using Lean methodologies




- Conduct process assessments and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
- Actively collaborate with suppliers to implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Constantly monitor supplier performance and identify any deviations from established objectives.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to suppliers to aid in the implementation of lean best practices.
- Prepare project reports, monitor KPIs, and present results to stakeholders at different organizational levels. **What do You need to be successful?**
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a process improvement function
- Proven experience in leading projects end-to-end with structured methodologies ( the knowledge of Agile Project Management will be a plus)
- Proven experience in supplier management and implementation of improvement projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean methodologies and principles of lean production, including Problem Solving A3 methodology, SMED, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen.
- Experience with Consignment Stock implementation.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify process inefficiencies.
- The knowledge of one or more technological processes of metal working, metal machining, metal moulding, motors, aluminium extruded, plastics injection will be a plus.
- Good Problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel abroad **_
