- Ingredients are prepared in-house
- Application of basic cooking techniques
- Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, dishes, and methods
- Responsible for stock and order management
- Professionally supervise and guide assistant staff **Job Requirements**
- MBO level 3 work and thinking level (equivalent to vocational education)
