We are looking for a **Coordination of Pre Series Center (PSC) Mechanics/Electronics Super Sport Cars (SSC) & Foreman/forewoman**to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO),



reporting directly to the Head of **Pre Series and Series analysis SSC** You will be responsible to coordinate analysis activities as well as steer workshop/direct workforce activities in the defined perimeter. Supervision, priority setting and escalation management for the analysts and System analysis experts operating in his/her own perimeter, in direct connection and as deputy/emanation of the reference Head of function. Moreover, you will have additional responsibility and hierarchical reporting for all the blue collars operating in the assigned perimeter. **Your main activities will be**: - Coordination of analysts and system analysis experts activities in their own perimeter for: - Proto/Pre Series assembly
- Proto/Pre Series analysis Problem solving
- Series analysis and Problem Solving
- People management (Blue Collars): 1) Roles, activities and objectives definition within his / her teams; 2) Timing and activities flows definition, in accordance to the analysis activities 3)disciplinary leadership 4) performance management
- Accountability for agreement the activities plan and tasks for blue collars derived from the analyst’s instruction and guidelines
- Accountability for the monitoring in physical presence the execution of those tasks,



check the timing constraints and ensure support to manage the workforce for the task execution
- Interaction with analysis responsibles in case of issues during the task execution: 1) Activities planning & organization; 2) Sharing of information and alignment 3) Problem and issues identification to discuss possible solutions
- Awareness and knowledge of: 1) Production flows, processes and products; 2) Company organization & procedures; 3) Risks connected to activities, equipment and tools used in his / her department; 4) Health management program; 5) Analysis and problem solving methods.
- Accountability for Blue collars flexibility matrix and training plan, in collaboration with PSC competence centers if necessary
- Coordinating with PSC Foreman and Workshop planner to supervise the operative activities taking place in the PSC workshop, ie workshop and working places occupation plan, equipment necessities etc. **About you**
- University Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive in a similar role
- Problem Solving and Analysis
- Line industrializations concepts
- Knowledge of the main functional vehicle part groups: Mechanical, Electronics, car body & surfaces (according to perimeter)
- Safety: procedures, KPI monitoring
- Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
