Ferentino, Italy How will you make an impact? As Supervisor, PDS Analytical Development & GMP you will coordinate analytical activities by effectively planning and controlling progress to ensure timely delivery and right-first-time (RFT) standards, as well as meeting client requests. What will you do?
- Supervise and complete analytical laboratory activities in accordance with GMP requirements, supporting analysts in problem-solving.
- Draft and review analytical specifications, study protocols, reports, analytical methods, and SOPs in compliance with current regulations (EU GMP, US GMP) and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Manager to uphold exceptional customer happiness and fulfill necessary tasks on time.
- Participate in calls/meetings with customers to discuss technical topics within your area of expertise.
- Lead laboratory investigations, including Out of Specification and Deviation Reports.




- Complete Method Development and/or Method Validation for assigned projects.
- Lead the team and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the Manager on department budget definition and monitoring, CAPEX, to ensure accurate management of the QC PDS laboratory. How will you get here?
- Degree or equivalent experience in CTF, Chemistry, Biology or other similar fields.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industries, preferably in aseptic environment.
- Experience as a people manager of a diverse team.
- Multi-year experience in Quality Control, preferably with a focus on release and stability testing. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**: - Proficiency in chemical-physical and biochemical analysis techniques and validation of analytical methods.
- Knowledge of GMP and national/international regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and analytical/statistical software (Empower, MiniTab, Sample Manager).
- Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities, while working under time constraints, and in a dynamic team environment.
