You will serve as an INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS SPECIALIST (Host Nation Coordinator) in the Host Nation Affairs Office of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE, in Naples, Italy.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized Experience
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- conducting international relations negotiations with senior-level host nation official
- researching, producing, and dissemination analytical international relations reports (e.g. Italy and Europe region);
- AND providing expert advice, policy options, and consultant services to government officials

is required because this position requires direct engagement with senior Italian government and civic officials and advising U.S. participants on protocol and the political, economic, social, and cultural context of engagements.
