DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion SEU team, focusing on France, Italy, and Spain. This role is crucial in driving our infrastructure projects and network strategy to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth in the region. Projects will include partnering with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and other stakeholders to help optimize the existing network of Amazon Logistics nodes in the EU to facilitate the organization's growth plans, and other cross functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering & Infrastructure initiatives.
Key job responsibilities • Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards • Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to facilitate AMZL's Last Mile delivery fleet operation • Collaborate with operations teams to set and raise performance standards at site level • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction and engineering, to ensure project success • Develop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents with a goal to seek senior leadership approval, including director level executives A day in the life You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable leading complex, cross functional programs.
