Eltex is building a solar business across Europe with a strong focus on execution. We sell, deliver, and manage solar installations end to end, working with partners and installers and running a high volume operation where speed and cash discipline matter. In Italy, the focus is solar, with both B2C and a strong B2B component. B2B means projects, milestone payments, longer payment cycles, guarantees, and a lot of moving parts between sales, operations, suppliers, and partners. The business is live and growing, but there is no finance function today. The Regional Director is handling everything himself. We want to fix that now. We are hiring the first finance person for Eltex Italy. This is a hands on build role. If you are looking for a perfectly structured environment, this is not it. If you like building from zero, bringing order, protecting cash, and helping a business scale without losing control, you will love it. **What you will own** Cash flow is the job. You build the cash view from scratch and you run it daily. You make sure we always know where we stand, what is coming in, what is going out, and what decisions we can or cannot afford. You set up the basics properly. Invoicing, collections, payments, approval flows, cost tracking, and simple controls that actually work. You coordinate with the external accountant, and you make sure the numbers are clean and on time. You manage banking and financing. You build the relationship with banks, prepare the documentation, negotiate credit lines and guarantees, and actively look for solutions to smooth liquidity. You are comfortable being in those conversations and you know how to drive them. You become the financial bridge between Italy and the Group. You report in a way that is clear and reliable. You deliver the numbers, the story behind them, and the risks early. You help produce investor style reporting when needed. You support strategic decisions. Pricing,



margins, contract structures, payment terms, partner economics, growth versus cash trade offs. You are not an observer. You are a sparring partner to the Regional Director and you bring clarity when things are moving fast. **What we are looking for** Someone who is truly hands on. You can build the first version yourself and improve it step by step. Strong experience in cash flow, working capital, and forecasting. You have lived in environments where cash matters and you know how to create visibility quickly. Comfort with B2B dynamics, project based revenue, milestone billing, longer payment cycles, and the operational reality that comes with that. Solar, construction, energy, services, or any project driven model is relevant. Experience dealing with banks and financing negotiations. Not just maintaining a relationship, but actively driving outcomes. You communicate clearly. You can explain financial reality to operators, and you can explain operational reality to finance people. Low ego, high ownership. You take responsibility, you move fast, you do not hide behind complexity. **What this role is not** It is not a pure advisory position. It is not a corporate CFO seat with layers of structure. It is not a role where you only review what others prepared. You will build, run, and improve. **Why this role matters** Italy is a priority market. Getting finance right is a growth lever and a survival lever at the same time. This role will have immediate impact on control, speed, and decision quality.
