Role Description This full-time remote role in Sales Support/Business Development focuses on supporting and expanding Planktonic’s customer base in marine hatcheries. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating sales operations,



maintaining CRM data accuracy, and supporting the sales team with market insights and performance reports. The individual will help identify new business opportunities, assist in developing outreach campaigns, and collaborate with marketing to communicate product benefits clearly. Regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders is expected to support smooth sales processes and long-term relationships.
