- Supportare il team nella gestione e nelle attività di risoluzione dei ticket di servizio IT, monitorandone la corretta evasione e gli eventuali processi di escalation.
- Collaborare alla gestione le attività programmate di sostituzione e riparazione/riconfigurazione PC.
- Partecipare alle attività di aggiornamento tecnologico dei PC aziendali.
