- _ Assist customers face-to-face with Ria’s products, including money transfers and foreign currency exchange._
- _ Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system._
- _ Provide courteous support, addressing inquiries about services, transaction cancellations, and Ria locations._




- _ Identify and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the management team when necessary._
- _ Stay informed about Ria’s products, services, and policies._
- _ Balance your cash register and prepare deposits for the bank._
- _ Maintain accurate daily transaction records._
- _ Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues and supervisors._ **_ What We’re Looking For:_**
- _ Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends._
- _ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel._
- _ Prior cash-handling experience (preferred)._
