Would you like to be part of our Team? Join our People Partner Team in Colognola ai Colli or Torrebelvicino. The People Partner for GEA BAKERY acts as an advisor and sparring partner for managers. The People Partner is situated within the Division “Pharma & Food Application”. The opening is for a temporary position to cover a maternity leave. This role will report to the People Partner Italy. - Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.
- HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments.
- Execution and checkup of (set) work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements.
- Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding.
- Education, development and career planning.
- Organization development.
- Execution of (global) HR projects. **Your profile and qualifications**:



- You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management
- You have strong experience with general HR themes
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics
- You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production
- You have a high sense of integrity and open communication
- You have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.
- You have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator
