- Handling direct bookings and guest communications
- Updating availability, rates, and reservations using the channel manager Beddy
- Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Ensuring accuracy in all booking and administrative tasks **Requirements**: - Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, precise, and highly reliable
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and booking systems
