- and English-qualified lawyers based in Milan who deliver Italian, pan-European and global legal advisory services. **The Role** Our Milan office is seeking a **Receptionist** to join the **Office Services & Facilities** team **on a maternity cover**. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a high‑quality and professional experience both in person and over the phone. **Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors,
ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and meeting area
- Manage the main switchboard: answer, screen, and route calls and messages
- Register visitors and issue temporary access badges
- Coordinate meeting rooms and provide general meeting support (copies, scans, videoconferences, catering)
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and reception logs (visitors, NDAs, postal records)
- Book taxis, restaurants, and services for guests and visiting staff
- Arrange desk/office bookings, filing (paper and digital), and oversee the internal library
- Provide ad‑hoc support to Secretaries and Office Services and handle additional operational tasks as needed **Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred
- Professional, client‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Organised, reliable, and discreet with confidential information
- Flexible team player, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
