Responsibilities Analyze tender documentation, technical specifications, and customer requirements focusing on revamping electrical protection systems and retrofitting solutions Prepare technical and commercial offers for modernization, upgrade, and service contracts Develop cost estimation and guarantee cost‐efficient,



competitive solutions Collaborate with Sales and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Standardize recurring solutions and support continuous improvement in proposal processes Monitor deadlines to ensure high‐quality, on‐time delivery of all proposals Interface with internal and HQ stakeholders for alignment on technical and commercial strategies Qualifications Proven experience in proposals for revamping electrical protections/systems and retrofitting within service activities Solid knowledge of protection relays, automation systems, electrical distribution, and related service solutions Pragmatic, hands‐on approach with the ability to know where to put your hands Strong orientation to targets, cost optimization, and efficiency Team player mindset with excellent collaboration across functions and international counterparts Degree in Electrical/Energy/Automation Engineering or equivalent qualification Proficiency in E
