Translate customer insights into portfolio direction through direct engagement with customers, partners, and regional teams




Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to prioritize development and lifecycle management
Shape and execute global go-to-market strategies including value propositions, pricing, positioning, and channel support
Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
7+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in low-voltage electrical gear and transformer products
Strong commercial acumen
Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international)
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (incl. Excel)
