As a Jordan Brand specialist in Milan, you will activate culture-driven strategies across Italy, serving as the community voice within the organization.
You'll build deep relationships with Milanese culture movers and influencers to drive regional priorities and authentic brand partnerships.
You will coordinate with Global and local partners to execute territory plans, campaigns, and disruptive cultural initiatives.
This role blends marketing, partnerships, and event strategy to elevate Jordan Brand within fashion, streetwear, and sport communities.
Energize X-Sport opportunities by driving programming, community access, and amplification; some relationships become long-term ambassadors
Build and nurture relationships with culture movers across fashion, streetwear, and sport, ensuring brand representation protocols
Identify designers, artists, and retailers shaping the consumer in real time
Create moments and spaces that unite agitators and culture movers through fashion, design, music, and art themes
Drive a seeding offense to build product desirability across Jordan footwear and apparel priorities
Mine sub-cultural intelligence and surface trends to inform product design, retail, and marketing strategy
Organize and manage projects and events as a community liaison between Jordan and external partners




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution of territorial and regional priorities

Relationship management experience in brand marketing, advertising, or production environments (preferred)
Experience building brands and managing multiple projects across retail, digital marketing, and social media
Fluency in English
Deep passion for fashion, streetwear, sport, art, music, and subculture/pop culture
Knowledge of Keynote and social media apps (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
Proven track record of breakthrough cultural marketing campaigns
Established network with influential cultural catalysts in Milan; ability to convert into partnerships
Strategic expertise in energy marketing initiatives with measurable impact
Experience building and managing high-impact cultural partnerships
Strong project management with cross-functional team leadership
Understanding of London youth culture movements and commercial relevance to target audiences
Jordan Brand-specific knowledge of basketball culture and global streetwear relevance
Authentic connection to basketball, global football, and streetwear communities
Ability to build brand awareness in a global city
